All rental websites are hosted on our own high quality, dual processor
servers based in Dallas, Texas. Our servers are extremely reliable,
amongst the fastest in the world and we only host our clients’ websites.
Our servers are monitored and supported twenty-four, seven.
Please note – FTP access is not given to any website rental customers.
Email Facilities
We include full email facilities with all of our rental packages;
this allows you to have your_name@your_domain.com as
your email address. Each rental package includes for up to 10 separate
email accounts, each comprising of 10 MB of server storage space (100
MB over all).
Full support, training and help in how to set up your email accounts within Microsoft Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook is included. Anti Spam filters are incorporated within our server software to help reduce Spam; however you need to be aware that we cannot remove all Spam.
Monthly Maintenance
Each rental package incorporates up to 20 minutes maintenance per
month; this maintenance time is non accumulative and it is intended
to allow FX Digital to make any minor changes you cannot make yourself.
Any maintenance request tasks that require additional time over and
above this initial twenty minutes will incur additional costs, based
upon our standard hourly billing rate.

Ongoing support and help is provided, free of charge… if you have a concern, a problem or simply require some advice we will do whatever we can to help.
