How it works
Once we have received your completed order form, our business methodology is as follows:
- The order form is passed through to our accounts department for verification, account set-up and collection of the initial fees, once this is completed your company is assigned a customer number within our customer tracking system and works orders are issued.
- A design brief document is either emailed or faxed to the customer, this contains a series of questions which once answered and returned form the basis of your design specification.
- One of our designers then reviews your design specification and suggests to you a few templates from which you can select or alternatively you can select your own from the many thousands we have available.
- When selecting the most appropriate design template, our designers pay particular attention to your chosen template/specification, to your business model and to how the finished website will be viewed by your customers. Although every effort will be made to accommodate any specific requirements you may have, we need to ensure the finished website works, can be used as per this offer, etc., and as such the final design style chosen is always made by FX Digital on your behalf… and do please note that FX Digital purchase many of the templates that we use, so changes to templates once they are selected will incur additional costs.
- Once an appropriate template is selected, this template is then customized with your companies’ colour scheme, logo and content.
- Upon completion your website is uploaded to our servers and your domain name will be transferred over to point to your new website.
- Your website details are then passed over to our website promotion specialist who will register your website within the various search engines and the website will then be added into our systems to ensure regular submissions are made on your behalf.
- Your company is then entitled to email our design department regarding any maintenance issues, as and when required. These will be addressed as soon as possible based upon workload and time commitments, thus ensuring every customer of fair and unbiased treatment. We allow for up to twenty minutes maintenance/promotional time per month.
That’s all there is to it really, our design methodology and the systems we have in place are designed to make things as easy and transparent as possible, with our aim always being to offer superior customer service and a website that works for your business.
